These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to the Live Bingo Promotion. They should be read alongside our General Website Terms and Conditions and Bingo Jargon Buster.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The promotion entry will close at midnight on Tuesday 22^nd After this date no further entries to the promotion will be accepted.

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS

2. This Promotion is available to new and existing real money customers aged over 18 years who live in a country where the promoter accepts customers. (an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO TAKE PART IN THIS PROMOTION

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this promotion
4. Entrants will be required to enter their numbers in the selection box located on the Gala Events tab on the website by no later than Midnight (UK time) on 22^nd September 2020. Entrants must provide the chat name linked to their Gala Bingo account.
5. One entry per player only - you must be logged in to play.
6. Entrants will be asked to select 15 number to make up their Bingo card.
7. There will be nine ranges which the entrant will need to select x2 numbers for each one. The number 0 will be in each dropdown and must be used for x3 of the selections (this represents no number selection).
8. Players will receive an error message should they select more than 15 numbers and will need to update before their entry is submitted.
9. Bingo game will take place live on Thursday, 24th September 2020 and will be shown in the Live Events tab of the website through a YouTube Live stream.
10. The entrant whose 15 numbers are called first to make a ‘Full house’ will be deemed the winner.
11. Full house prize = £1,000 Cash; credited to the winner’s Gala Bingo account.
12. In the case that there are multiple winners, a draw will take place to determine the winner.
13. Full house prize runners up will win a £50 Love2Shop voucher.
14. The winner will be announced on the Live stream and contacted by email within 72 hours of the game ending with details of their win.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion at any time, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

GalaBingo.com assumes no responsibility or liability for: a. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion; b. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; c. To the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize; d. GalaBingo.com cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
