BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THE PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH ANY RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Terms & Conditions apply to this Bingo Calls promotion (the “ Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 02.11.2023 until 05.12.2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. Players must
   • be aged over 18 years;
   • hold an active and fully verified account on https://www.galabingo.com/ (the “Website”) and be able to receive bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period; and
   • not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which a player may access their Website account can be found HERE (an “Eligible Player”)

   (together an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Players must guess the Bingo Calls in each video to receive 1 prize draw entry during the Promotional Period.
4. There are 3 videos with Bingo Calls:
   • Video 1 (28 Calls)
   • Video 2 (45 Calls)
   • Video 3 (16 Calls)
5. Eligible Players can only submit for each video once the full number of Calls have been guessed. For example, 28 Calls in Video 1.
6. An Eligible Players will then be informed which Calls they guessed correctly, which were incorrect and try again until you complete the videos.
7. All Eligible Players that guess all the Calls correctly will gain 1 entry to a prize draw for a chance to win a share of £10k worth of cash and bingo tickets.
8. Each video has it’s own prize draw:
   • Prize Draw 1: Video 1 (28 Calls) £10K worth of cash and bingo tickets
   • Prize Draw 2: Video 2 (45 Calls) £10K worth of cash and bingo tickets
   • Prize Draw 3: Video 3 (16 Calls) £10K worth of cash and bingo tickets
   • Prize Draw 4: For all players who completed and guessed all 90 calls correctly
9. An Eligible Player can receive a minimum of 1 prize draw entry maximum of 4 during the Promotional Period.
10. Entries cannot be exchanged between Eligible Players.
11. An Eligible Player can win a maximum of one prize per prize draw. If an eligible player has entries into prize draw 1 & 2, they will have a chance to win 2 prizes.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

12. The Prize Draw will take place on: 8th December.
13. The Prizes will be Cash and Bingo Tickets.
14. There is a total of thirty thousand pounds (£30,000) worth of prizes available to be won on in Prize Draw 1-3, shared amongst 7,200 Eligible Players according to the table below:

15. All Eligible Players that completed all videos and guessed all 90 calls will be added to the final prize draw of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) worth of Cash. One (1) eligible player will be announced as the winner during the 8th December Gala Live Monthly Spectacular Show from 19:30 UK time as per the table below:

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

16. All Cash Rewards will be credited to the winner’s account within 72 hours following the end of the Live Show.
17. The minimum cash prize a player can win is £1 and the maximum is £1,000.
18. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative prizes of the same or higher value.

BINGO TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

19. Bingo Tickets are valid to use in any room where the values of the tickets is £0.01 - £0.05 (except Bingo Beats).
20. The Bingo Ticket are valued at £0.01 - £0.05.
21. The minimum/maximum number of Bingo Tickets a player can win is 10.
22. Players must use any Bingo Tickets within 7 days of being won, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.
23. Bingo Tickets will be credited automatically. In the event of any technical difficulty, they will be credited by 18:00 the following day to qualified customers.
24. Bingo tickets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

26. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
27. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
29. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
30. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
